Terms of Service

ViceCity Hub is an independent, fan-made community platform for players of Grand Theft Auto. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All game names, trademarks and artwork referenced belong to their respective owners.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You must verify your email address before posting publicly or using marketplace features. One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate reputation, rankings, rewards or votes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, harassment, scams or illegal activity, or attempt to abuse the platform's systems.

The platform wallet lets you deposit supported digital assets and request withdrawals. A service fee of 2.5% applies to deposits and withdrawals, and is always shown to you before you confirm a transaction.

Digital asset transactions are irreversible by nature. You are solely responsible for entering the correct wallet address and network when depositing or withdrawing. Funds sent to an incorrect address or wrong network cannot be recovered, and we are not liable for such losses.

Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the administration; processing times may vary. We may delay, refuse or reverse transactions where we suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering or a breach of these terms.

Balances shown on the platform are platform credits. They are not a bank deposit, not insured, and do not represent ownership of any in-game currency or item unless and until an official integration exists.

Marketplace listings become available only when official integrations and supported purchasing methods exist. Until then, fulfilment is disabled and listings are shown as previews.

When the marketplace is live, all sales are subject to availability and server-verified pricing. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights. No scams, no phishing, no selling of stolen accounts or items, no spam.

Live chat messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Forum content may be moderated, hidden or removed at moderators' discretion. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team.

Ranking points, levels and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred between members, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of abuse.

You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it on the platform.

You may not copy, scrape or republish the platform's design, code or content without permission.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the value of any digital asset.

Digital asset prices are volatile. Nothing on this platform is financial, investment or legal advice. You use digital assets at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from third-party services, network failures or user error (including incorrect wallet addresses).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use wallet, deposit, withdrawal or marketplace features. By using these features you confirm that you meet this requirement and that using digital assets is legal where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
